Several times a day, I answer the phone and get this.
Oomph! Ugews me. Haf a mouf-ull of food.

I didn't expect you to answer the phone right away.
Yeah, we always like to make sure you hang in the queue for at least 5 minutes. Why the hell would you put food in your mouth as you dial the phone?

I have not received any support on the email sent December 14, 2006. Still cannot get onto Emergis will not accept my password or my backup.

INCIDENT DESCRIPTION: Cannot get online as it will not accept SA password. We tried SA's backup password, when it is changed and says successful when you exit it repeatedly tells you password expired enter a new password

Called site and informed her that we do not infact support the program in question, never have supported the program, and the reason her first e-mail did not get a responce is because there was no ticket opened for an issue we have no control over. Asked site is she had checked her ITSD manual before calling, she had. I asked her to read me the line above out number to confirm she had the right document. The read out the following: "Do not call the ITSD for issues relating to Emergis."
Was able to confirm she had the proper document. CLosing call NTF
