Called site and informed her that we do not infact support the program in question, never have supported the program, and the reason her first e-mail did not get a responce is because there was no ticket opened for an issue we have no control over. Asked site is she had checked her ITSD manual before calling, she had. I asked her to read me the line above out number to confirm she had the right document. The read out the following: "Do not call the ITSD for issues relating to Emergis."

Was able to confirm she had the proper document. CLosing call NTF

...+1 here, except that a site visit would be performed to re-image the machine to company standards, and maybe we'd keep any documents and their IE favorites ::evil grin::

We have very few cowboys here, and the few that we do have are smart enough that they don't mess with the machines.
