I hate the moron queue

Seems I'm on the moron queue today... First guy couldn't figure out his screen saver and wouldn't listen to instructions on how to fix it. Second lady couldn't figure out the concept of faxing and was worried that the people sending her faxes wouldn't know how to do it (really, if that's the case tell them to call THEIR techsupport. Now I have some one who can't tell a computer from a printer.... Why Me?

there's a computer in my office but when i push the button it won't do anything. i calmly explain that there is no computer in said office cause you haven't been issued on yet. but there's one here how come it won't work. i walk to said office where i find a monitor sitting on the desk. with the idiot pointing at it saying see there's the computer how come it won't work...

Tech: ok, do you get an error message in windows ?
CS: what ?
Tech: on your computer. is there an error ?
CS: you mean i need an COMPUTER to print ?
