I hate the moron queue

Seems I'm on the moron queue today... First guy couldn't figure out his screen saver and wouldn't listen to instructions on how to fix it. Second lady couldn't figure out the concept of faxing and was worried that the people sending her faxes wouldn't know how to do it (really, if that's the case tell them to call THEIR techsupport. Now I have some one who can't tell a computer from a printer.... Why Me?
