N00BS! They're everywhere at my workplace now. Thank feck management hired more, but along with n00bs comes n00b grief.

We have a couple of gimps posting to our spam list with call notes they find HILARIOUS.

OUTLANDISH and STRANGE occurrences like CUSTOMERS OVERESTIMATING THE EXTENT OF OUR SUPPORT SCOPE AND WANTING HELP WITH A VIDEO CARD! HAHAH!

Or perhaps the timeless side-splitting jape of AN ELDERLY WOMAN NOT KNOWING HOW TO SCROLL AND ASKING FOR HELP WITH THAT!!! TOO GODDAMN FUNNY!.

Meh. At least they're taking calls.

Give em a month or so. They won't find any of those occurances funny anymore. Instead they'll be bitching on techsupport-support forums! ;-)
