N00BS! They're everywhere at my workplace now. Thank feck management hired more, but along with n00bs comes n00b grief.

We have a couple of gimps posting to our spam list with call notes they find HILARIOUS.

OUTLANDISH and STRANGE occurrences like CUSTOMERS OVERESTIMATING THE EXTENT OF OUR SUPPORT SCOPE AND WANTING HELP WITH A VIDEO CARD! HAHAH!

Or perhaps the timeless side-splitting jape of AN ELDERLY WOMAN NOT KNOWING HOW TO SCROLL AND ASKING FOR HELP WITH THAT!!! TOO GODDAMN FUNNY!.

Meh. At least they're taking calls.

The trouble I had with the trainees was the almost complete lack of clue. I have no idea where we got them from but one of them didn't know what safe mode was.

Then again if people want to laugh about stupid calls they got, they yell across the rows of cubicles to each other instead. Making me not able to hear the calls I'm on very well.

Now we just get dropkicks who live with mum n dad, and just got out of uni. Life experience not necessary.
