Okay people. Work with me here. I am trying my hardest to clean your computers so your ISP will reenable your account.

STOP SHUTTING DOWN MY SCANS THE MOMENT MY BACK IS TURNED!!!!

You have more than one machine that is infected. I need to be moving back and forth in an attempt to save time. This is the third time I've moved back into an office only to find the scan shut down. "Ooops! Tee-hee. I just needed to open this Word file so I closed that. I guess I should have asked you first. Tee-hee!."

Okay, I can understand this now and again in the context of internet support.
However, I do cellphone support (primarily- they still rope me into the DSL support sometimes. Sigh.).
