Raaaaaaaarrr
Jul. 20th, 2007 11:22 amOkay people. Work with me here. I am trying my hardest to clean your computers so your ISP will reenable your account.
STOP SHUTTING DOWN MY SCANS THE MOMENT MY BACK IS TURNED!!!!
You have more than one machine that is infected. I need to be moving back and forth in an attempt to save time. This is the third time I've moved back into an office only to find the scan shut down. "Ooops! Tee-hee. I just needed to open this Word file so I closed that. I guess I should have asked you first. Tee-hee!."
KILL!

Date: 2007-07-21 12:10 am (UTC)The place I work is a symantec "partner" so we push it at all of our clients. It makes me cry. I really wish I could convince my boss to go with something else. Personally, I love NOD32.
I'm getting so sick of fixing symantec recently. I spent four days at one clients because their entire system came down. Every single computer had to have symantec removed, completely scanned, and then symantec *shudder* reinstalled.
And I STILL couldn't convince them to change.

Date: 2007-07-23 05:06 pm (UTC)Second time, confiscation. No exceptions, no excuses. Of course, if you're working with more than a few at a time, that gets unwieldy. But that's how it's gotta be, especially if there's a bug running loose...
