It's Good Friday, so I'm the only one in the office. I'm internal tech support for a call center, so I make sure the computers are running for our reps who put up with the customers. Normally, this is great, as I'm a lowly Tech I and just do grunt work, more or less.

Today, as I'm the only one here, it's not so great.
