Here is an email I got this morning:

Hi, I utilize your products at my office and at home.  One of my employees recently told me about the snoop stick by cybersitter, that is a usb device that once plugged in installs a remote spying program.  Because of the sensitive nature of my business this has me concerned.  Does your program detect this product?
