"SPAM" MESSAGES. I AM NOT OPENING THEM - I JUST DELETE THEM
THE ASSO. ALSO MENTIONED THAT SHE GET'S THEM AS WELL.
ARE THESE MESSAGES OK TO OPEN OR ARE WE TO CONTINUE
DELETING THEM AND IS THERE ANY REASON WHY WE ARE
RECEIVING THEM.

Spoke to barb, advised her that she should just delete the messages as they came up. I also advised that this is part of having an external e-mail system.
Offered to help her fix her caps lock button as it appears stuck in her e-mail, was informed that no, this is just how she types.
