noc: Good evening
ME: hola
noc: how's the internet connection at your office? no problems?
ME: not that I have seen
ME: umm.. we're chatting online right?
noc: heh, true :)

customer: So what are your hours?

Rep: we're here 24/7 ma'am

customer: Really? .... So what time do you close?

Rep: we don't, we're always here

customer: oh... what time zone is that in?
