So I start tomorrow at the place I worked for last year - please please no stupid crap questions for the day. I was tech support last year, this year I'm in projects but everyone will still call me all the time... I hate that!!!

Checked my grades today.... passed all my courses so that means I will graduate. Even got a 52 in the Chem course I didn't goto since November (I didn't need the credit and too late to drop it). My average in my final year is: 71.2% yay I got a B average!!! cool. Thats not amazing I know but its not awful either :)

What the Hell is wrong with people




I mean come on, how can we be expected to help people, over a phone, with a problem they refuse to see or realize they created on their computer when they can't even figure out what they have or what to press on a telephone???

Now I can understand why they (the powers that be) keep pushing for call times.
All they see are the numbers and how calls are complained about. I'm sorry but that is just not right! If the call boards say there is no one in Q yet the person on the phone will still complain they held on the line for over an half hour?? WTF???

Anyways...I think some of those same Powers that Be needs to look as some of the higher up people on the floor. I mean where do our coaches get off complaining to a general list yet when their asked to take a call this one coach in particular didn't even greet the end user. Merely kept the person on hold, even announcing "This guy complains a lot, he get's a penalty hold."
And this to the new tech that just hit the floor a few weeks ago!
