What the Hell is wrong with people




I mean come on, how can we be expected to help people, over a phone, with a problem they refuse to see or realize they created on their computer when they can't even figure out what they have or what to press on a telephone???

Now I can understand why they (the powers that be) keep pushing for call times.
All they see are the numbers and how calls are complained about. I'm sorry but that is just not right! If the call boards say there is no one in Q yet the person on the phone will still complain they held on the line for over an half hour?? WTF???

Anyways...I think some of those same Powers that Be needs to look as some of the higher up people on the floor. I mean where do our coaches get off complaining to a general list yet when their asked to take a call this one coach in particular didn't even greet the end user. Merely kept the person on hold, even announcing "This guy complains a lot, he get's a penalty hold."
And this to the new tech that just hit the floor a few weeks ago!
