I just had to write and let me know how much I think you for personally delivering to my home the red decorative door hanger. Which CEO thought up this idea. Have you considered checking my account prior to sending out a personal door hanger upper. Where do I apply for that position. If it didn't take my payment 6 days or better to post on your etimesaver website, your delivery person might not be so busy and our cable bill might be cheaper. Makes me wonder. How many of those door hangers do you guys hang daily? I will not be leaving a check outside my front door tomorrow, instead I will leave a print out of my payment history showing the payment posting with brighthouse on the 15th. If my cable is subsequently terminated, It may stay terminated and your customer will be gone. Along with word of mouth. Thanks again you your continued, personal, support.

I love the people that get ALL PISSED OFF because their cable was disconnected due to their negligence in paying us, and then they expect us to bend over backwards to hook them back up right away. Fact is, it took 90+ days for them to get around to paying their bill, we should make them wait that long for us to hook it back up.
And how much of a loss is it to lose a non-paying customer? They actually cost us money!
