I hate wondering to myself "why haven't I gotten a call in 20 minutes" only to find that I haven't even put the headset back on and signed in from break. I then have to physically fight the urge to stand up and shout "DUH" across the callcenter floor.
Moron moments. We all get them.

Date: 2006-05-31 04:08 pm (UTC)On the positive side of that, at my last call center, there was some glitch once where I couldn't sign into any of the queues - I was logged in, available, but unreachable. The leads rebuilt my queue profile, still nothing.
I got to spend my shift answering the email bucket instead of grinding calls. Nice change.
