When I said I needed the room info, she asked that a tech be sent out to her and she'd have the info when they got there. We're not allowed to say no when they specifically request a tech. 'Course, I documented the hell out of the call, just to give the techs a heads up. Wonder if it'll turn out her machine needs to be wiped and reimaged?

I'll sometimes eat on the phone, if I was in the middle of breakfast/lunch and HAD to make a phone call ASAP ("zOMG! Suchandsuch outsourced product is broken! Let's bug IT until it works!") and I get put on hold.

I'm not about to let my bowl noodles get cold just because there are 20 people ahead of me in the queue.
