"Download" is not synonymous with "install." If you put a CD in your computer and start running some thing called "Installation" or "Setup" or something like that, YOU ARE NOT FUCKING DOWNLOADING ANYTHING, YOU ARE INSTALLING IT.
My standard response to anyone who calls to tell me they "can't download Windows XP" is "I'm sorry, we do not support pirated software. Please call back when you have a legal copy." And thus do they forcibly learn the difference between "download" and "install."
