[nitpick]
"Download" is not synonymous with "install." If you put a CD in your computer and start running some thing called "Installation" or "Setup" or something like that, YOU ARE NOT FUCKING DOWNLOADING ANYTHING, YOU ARE INSTALLING IT.

My standard response to anyone who calls to tell me they "can't download Windows XP" is "I'm sorry, we do not support pirated software. Please call back when you have a legal copy." And thus do they forcibly learn the difference between "download" and "install."

What really bugs me is when people make up words for things.. like "I think your server is bogged down". I dunno.. it just sounds so corny.

That's right up there with the calls I get (mainly from the elderly) that insist that they're "booting up my e-mail" when in fact they are opening a program.

Fucking preach it!

Every action a computer makes is "downloading" to these fuck asses. They also can't seem to grasp the difference between wallpaper and screensavers.

Or they use "reboot" to mean "reformat". Hmm... there's a slight difference there. Hehe!
