Anyone else have this problem with windows XP?

I go to start, then run (to type in calc or notepad or whatever) and then my taskbar dissapears and then when it comes back the programs that I have open are re-arranged on it... I HATE this because I have things arranged in a certain way at work, and then it even hides some of my programs that are running like icq and I have to reboot to get it to fix...

any clue?

I assume you mean in the tray area (next to the clock?). If so, this is explorer crashing and reloading, and unfortunatly, I have noticed that some programs don't reload their entries on the tray. You can close and reopen the offending program, or log off and log back on.

Stupid windows trick, I am afraid.
