I may have mentioned this before, but if you are not, in fact, actually experiencing a genuine problem at this very moment in time,

STOP CALLING ME.

There are days when I swear our IVR has a message saying "If you would like to reminisce about a problem you think you might have had a couple of weeks ago, on another computer, in another city, on the other side of the country, press 1 to talk to S."

To all of those callers: I have already sent around the magical computer fairy gnomes to fix whatever it was. Really. I mean, it's not like you can prove any differently, right? So put the phone down and go have a life.

You forgot the "Calling me with problems with your home computer that have nothing to do with your job duties" one. I get that one a lot.
