Dear users -
Dec. 30th, 2005 04:42 pmI may have mentioned this before, but if you are not, in fact, actually experiencing a genuine problem at this very moment in time,
STOP CALLING ME.
There are days when I swear our IVR has a message saying "If you would like to reminisce about a problem you think you might have had a couple of weeks ago, on another computer, in another city, on the other side of the country, press 1 to talk to S."
To all of those callers: I have already sent around the magical computer fairy gnomes to fix whatever it was. Really. I mean, it's not like you can prove any differently, right? So put the phone down and go have a life.
Thanks
