Well, I just had to share this..

I do tech support for an ISP in Ohio.

thing one There is this guy that calls for support daily.. for a multitude of things, which aren't our fucking problem, but regardless.. he calls about anything Internet related. IE: ICQ, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.

thing two He's got some sort of "disability" and is extremely hard to understand. Some days he will have to repeat things at least two or three times, depending on whether he is having a good day or not.

thing three A lot of the times when he is calling us, he masturbates. We shouldn't have to put up with this, but we do.. just so I don't have to address the issue of why I have hung up on him.

thing four Last time I got him, he was soooo hard to understand, he got pissed off at me, yelled something I couldn't understand, and hung up on me.
