Good. I was on the email team, for a time. They actually had the gall to tell us that if we had not done such a good job (and shown so much profitability), we would still have jobs.

Then they asked us if we had gotten them a tee time at the local golf course.

I hope their brains melt.

On the other hand, that could be viewed as them finally getting a clue as far as how much time customers waste with problems they've created themselves. ;) They must be taught a lesson!
