Customer: Hello, iam a graduate engineer and i have an problem with one of the servers. i have no clue of all that computer stuff. i got an error message "Operating System exception occured" what does that mean ? does that mean one of you has to come here and repair the system ?
me: no, for the first, i need some informations about your server. what kind of server is that and which operating system is on there ?
customer: i dont know. we have three servers. could be any of them.
me: *sighs* ok. which operating system do you have ?
customer: dont know. what is an operating system ?
me: *deep sigh* ok. who is in charge of your system ?
customer: you. i got the system from you and you are in charge of it
me: *chuckles* no... we're not in CHARGE of it. we'll repair it if it has an hardware defect but we are not the one who Administrate your system. who has installed and configured it ?
customer: uh.. aeh... dont konw ? someone. i have to look who that was. should i call THEM then ?
me: that would be the best. yes. if they should have any problems with the system they can call us then. ok ?
customer: ok. thank you
me: bye. *quickly hangs up to write this post*
