If I can stay connected long enough on your reject server I want to tell you I am sick of constantly being disconnected from the internet and when able to connect it is at a mere 21 WHAT IS GOING ON THERE ANYWAY.????? IF YOUR BANDWITCH IS BEING USED UP YOU NEED TO CUT BACK SOMEWHERE OR AT LEAST NOT CHARGE FOR PART TIME INTERNET SERVICE . OKAY THE &^%$^&(&**& THING HAS DISCONNECTED JUST NOW AFTER ALLOWING ME THREE MINUTES ON THE INTERNET I AM FED UP WITH SUCH POOR SERVICE AND EITHER FIX THIS PROBLEM OR START REFUNDING MONEY YOU HAVE RECEIVED. EVERY TIME I COMPLAIN TO YOUR TECH SUPPORT IT WILL IMPROVE FOR A DAY OR TWO AND THEN I AM BACK WITH THIS NO SERVICE CRAP !!!!! Yeah I am furious and out of patience -and will need to look for another ISP if there is a decent one in this god forsaken place.

Believe me, it's infuriating to have shitty bandwidth, and frankly, he's right. We've gotten refund after refund from our provider, on account of writing letters like that and jumping right through the queue and getting to the managers who can do something about it. So with all due respect, I hate to say it, but he's got a point.
