Printing issue

I have a Lexmark inkjet printer (a Z32 to be exact) and it won't print any red ink. It says the ink cartridges are full. I ran some cleaning sheets. Still no red. Their website sucks for tech support and who knows if I'll ever get an email back from them. Anyone have any ideas what the deal is with this?

If you end up spending more than, like, half an hour worrying about it, just buy a new one.

It's more expensive to replace both ink cartridges than it is to just buy a new printer.

i know, it is sick. i got this printer free when my g/f's boss gave it to her. they got it free with a new machine but didn't need it. stupid ink is over $30. it's highway robbery.
