sure. If the install is clean enough and the OS is new enough I've seen full reboots in about 45 seconds or so. Usually from customers who've never gotten on the internet. They're the ones who call in the next week complaining of slow throughput and popups galore.

Agreement here. I've got a machine on my bench right now that I've had to nuke and reload, and the boot time on it is under a minute. It's win98se on a P2 350. Not bad for an old machine.
