Anything that falls outside of the concept of basic skills (Walking, breathing, chewing food, seeking shelter during a rainstorm, reproducing*, and avoiding blatantly obvious ways to die) and that has a hotline for help is some variety of technical support. Those fine, upstanding people who need help with the basic skills are what gives those of us who provide the technical support a good laugh via such means as watching them compete for Darwin Awards.
* - Please note, reproduction and sex are absolutely seperate concepts, and sex is definately no basic skill, as it involves knowledge of contraceptives and thier proper use to prevent sex from BECOMING reproduction ...
