Also, we cannot teach you where the keys on the keyboard are.

You should know where the enter key is as well as using a period for DOT COM and an @ symbol and not spelling out the word AT.

Also, don't read everything on the page to me. I have the page on my monitor right now and am able to read.

You wasted an hour of my call time that I will never get back.

I had a woman once who didn't realize you had to press the shift key to make an ! or any of the other characters above the numbers. She thought the computer would just know which one you wanted.
