into your Windows 98 Outlook express program to receive your mail.

It is YOUR responsibility to know if you type cnn.com into the address bar of Internet Explorer, you have to type in the webmail address there and

Also, we cannot teach you where the keys on the keyboard are.

You should know where the enter key is as well as using a period for DOT COM and an @ symbol and not spelling out the word AT.

Also, don't read everything on the page to me. I have the page on my monitor right now and am able to read.

You wasted an hour of my call time that I will never get back.
