So yeah...
Sep. 8th, 2004 12:24 amToday (yesterday actually) was my birthday, and I had an excellent day at work, staring off with solving a rather nasty Installshield bug over the phone. I'm amazed, some users are competent enough to follow along editing the registry! Scored two new customers and helped a couple others with the usual network/internet issues, AKA they needed a thick crust of spyware scrubbed off their machines.
Had a nice dinner, came home, got a workout, sat down at my perfectly tuned and well-behaved computer...
...yeah right...
...only to discover my LiveUpdate has been broken and ignoring new virusdefs for a freakin' MONTH.
