"I have a dinosaur and a horse on my computer, and I've been told I have to get rid of them."

I wanted to say:
"Sir, this is technical support. Please contact a park ranger to remove errant wildlife in your area; barring that, throw something leafy. If the dinosaur is carnivorous, tie a steak to your coworkers and run away."

I would have personally given you five dollars for that remark.

I had an employee who after an upgrade from Windows 2000 to Windows XP kept phoning in that 'her cat' was missing. This cat was apperently a 3rd pary plugin to outlook.
Everyday she would cal in that her cat was missing and would someone please come and give her her cat back. Luckly she was retiring in a month so we just kept 'putting it off.'

After she retired I was cleaning the computer and she had installed over 30 pieces of desktop animations software attempting to locate her cat. Then there was the spy-ware that went with it......

Was she referring to the cat that can replace Clippy in Office?

One of my coworkers uses the robot in Office. He despises clippy. Which is why every time he walks away from his desk I change the robot back to Clippy. >=D

Possibly. I never looked into it.
I was happy it was gone. She became far more productive.
She used to stare at that cat for hours. Giggling away.

Feed the horse to the dinosaur, and half the problem is gone.

Then you just have to wait for an asteroid to hit the planet.
