techrecovery | conversation with a cuntstomer earlier today...(x-post)

cuntstomer's machine has Bluetooth. Cuntstomer engages bluetooth. the little bluetooth light shows up on the panel. there's a red bluetooth symbol in the systray which means that bluetooth is enabled, but there are no devices present currently. cuntstomer decides that this means his computer's bluetooth facility is not working. Cuntstomer has NO BLUETOOTH DEVICES in the whole office for it to detect. cuntstomer decides that it's my fault, and i'm not listening to him properly, because he's obviously an expert and knows it all.

Cuntstomer: "is there anyone else there i can speak to who'll listen carefully?"
TwitcHFetisH: "just me. i'm listening. you haven't said anything yet that is anything other than what the machine is SUPPOSED to do"
Cuntstomer: "i want to talk to someone else"
TwitcHFetisH: "there isn't anyone else I can pass you through to as you have no technical issue, and I am a senior technician."
Cuntstomer: "FINE then. [click]"
