Just saying "My CD-ROM don't work" helps, but saying, "I accidentally knocked over my cup of coffee, it dripped inside the mechanism and it now makes a grinding noise." would help much more.

Also, screaming about our high repair prices and mentioning that the Nazi's had the right idea about Jews won't get service quicker.

No friggin' kidding! I mean, what does a Jewish person SOUND like? Or, to whom was the person referring? Their support tech, the person who sold them the stuff, the owner of the company? Weird. Just weird.

The issue was that I think she was just anti-semantic, though one of the owners IS Jewish, she wouldn't know that.

And we couldn't just "hang-up" on her since she showed up with her system on our table.

PS - I didn't deal directly with this customer, I work in the back in eBay. My friend at work did, though, and if anything he looks more geeky than Jewish.
