NO PROBLEM! Gimme an iostat and format output!
Then, after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, What does she send me?
A document file (.docx)
With a picture of the terminal(SecureCRT) in it, showing PART of the requested outputs.
AWESOME!
ETA: I should clarify, that what is fairly common for people to do, instead of just simply copying/pasting the text directly off the terminal (which is easier for both them and myself), is that they either a)send a screenshot of the terminal, or b)complicate matters by sending me document files, rich text, or even pdf's with the requested text.
this chick took it a step further and sent me a picture of the terminal embedded in a document file!
