am I really just another brick in the wall?

Is it just me or does anyone else want to slap the user that makes their poor admin assistant call in for their computer problem. How are we supposed to help fix anything if you have someone else call in? It makes me wonder if they make that poor admin call in their doctors appointments and car problems too.
