Just wanted you to know - you're not special. At least, not in the way you think. You're special in that Forrest Gump kinda way - with less common sense and more angst.
When I say the update is MANDATORY, that means you don't get a vote. When you bitch about it anyway, and demand that I ASK PERMISSION to access your machine, I simply go to my boss, who laughs and then calls YOUR boss. When you "lock" your machine to "keep" me from accessing it after your boss gave the all-clear, I laugh at your cluelesness, unlock the machine (after getting screenshot of your asshattery in all its corpulent glory), do my job, and leave you to deal with the aftermath of what I hope to $Diety becomes a career-limiting event. The staff are all pretty much sick of you, and your boss isn't going to want to walk around the outside of the building to avoid us every time you fuck up.
You're no different from anyone else here, but if you keep this up, you just might be. Just thought you ought to know.
