1) We have several *dozen* servers. Kindly be a little more specific about what you're having a problem with. That will allow us to make a better determination which (if any) of the servers is having a problem.
2) When a server goes down, we usually know about it long before you do, and in many cases, have it fixed before you've even noticed it.
