Hee. My response would be "Okay...and you're coming to me why, after your boss, the person who has authority over your position, said you can't have 'whatever'?" Yeeesh...you'd think people would out-grow the whole "Waaah, mommy said I couldn't have it, let's try getting daddy to get it for me!" thing. :-/
