For those of you that do online (chat) based tech support... how big of an annoyance is it to you when the person repeats their chats? I don't mean asking the same question 6 different ways (but don't get me started on that...), I mean copy+paste of the same thing. As in, 3 or more would be chat-bombing. To me. Just because I didn't respond within OMGZ0RZFIVESECONDS!!!!!one1one doesn't mean I'm not there. And I type 100+ wpm - I hate to think of what some of the other agents get. ;(

I think it's incredibly rude and I tend to react badly to it - as my upcoming "coaching" appears to demonstrate ;( but I'm wondering if I'm just neurotic and bitchy or whether this is a common complaint.

This whole friggin DAY needs a do-over.
