I HATE servicing machines that belong to smokers.  There's a think film of tar over all the interior surfaces, and they absolutely REEK. Gives me a helluva headache.

I could seriously see firebombing every tobacco field on the planet.

If when you call in for technical support, and I have to repeat to you 17 times to unplug the power cables from both the router and the modem, while trying to understand your broken english and veitnamese accent, perhaps you should find someone a bit more capable, and competent to do your troubleshooting for you.

However, handing me off to your daughter, your wife, back to your daughter, and then back to you... while the former few spoke worse english than you did, is not going to help us get anything done.

Please.. if you are going to call an english speaking tech support number... learn the gorram language.
