Dear Customer
Aug. 1st, 2008 01:42 pmIf when you call in for technical support, and I have to repeat to you 17 times to unplug the power cables from both the router and the modem, while trying to understand your broken english and veitnamese accent, perhaps you should find someone a bit more capable, and competent to do your troubleshooting for you.
However, handing me off to your daughter, your wife, back to your daughter, and then back to you... while the former few spoke worse english than you did, is not going to help us get anything done.
Please.. if you are going to call an english speaking tech support number... learn the gorram language.
With no love.
Your technical support representative.

I understand you may not agree with me on the subject at hand, but the thing is I run into this more times than not, and it is becoming somewhat frustrating. And last time I checked, this whole thing was about venting ones frustrations...so... meh :P
