A looooooooong time ago, we used to support a program called "Pest Patrol" - I think this guy might have gotten it confused with animal control service. Despite the reason, he left this AWESOME VOICEMAIL.

I'm new here. I thought I should introduce myself. I'm in training for a tech tier 1 position, the second tech support job I've had. I'll be doing desktop support.
Has anyone thought to do a tech support list in the style of Skippy's list? My trainer at work has been working in a lot of things he's no longer allowed to do, which he or his friends have tried- like convincing the customer that the little green light on the monitor is a camera allowing the rep to watch the customer through it.
If there is not already one, someone needs to make one.

Stupid anyone?

I do mac support, macs have the funky dock with icons on it, it's kind of a quick launch/task bar combo. running programs have little triangle underneath them.
When I ask the question "How many triangles on your dock" I often expect people to ask what a dock is (they're the same ones that ask what the start button is on windows). What I don't expect is some one (who happens to have an email address that ends with .edu) to ask me what a triangle is. WTF....
some one stab me in the ear so i don't hear the stupid anymore
