Same here. I hate when I have a problem and I'm pretty sure where to start looking for it, and the tech on the phone wants to walk me step-by-step through right-clicking on My Computer and slooooowwwwlly gooooiiinnnng throooouuuuggghhh his scriiiiiiipt. But I also hate it when people think they know the answers and it turns out they're trying to play Halo 3 on their blender. Guess that makes me an average tech rep, or something.
