What a way to start the day....

I am sitting here, innocently assigning myself some new service tickets when I read the following sentence:
"The charges are not been prorating for all the lines..."
**shivers** There is something about an employee of a HUGE corporation with bad grammar skills that just cuts right to the bone.
Of course, this type of thing is secondary to my favorite types of tickets: "[insert function name] doesn't work". And yes, that is ALL the information they provide to us. No examples, no description of exactly WHAT is failing or WHEN/WHERE...and they get huffy if we don't have a resolution in an hour.
Wheee!!! Working on an internal support desk is FUN! ;)
