jecookOur PBX Operator called to state that she couldn't use the PC to transfer calls, and that strange stuff is happening with the Call Attendant application*. In the middle of the call, I'm blindly transfered to one of the other departments. I can't help but laugh. Interestingly enough, she has not called back just yet. I think after I finish looking up the documentation I was after, I'll wander on over there and see what I can do.

* As we use IP phones here, we have a semi-spiffy PC application that interacts with the ip phone to do spiffy cool things, like display the status for all the extensions, transfer people around, and other fun stuff. Unfortunately, I have *no clue* how to use the software, let alone troubleshoot it.
