I work in the email/remote access queue so we always get hardware and network calls. Flat tire? Call email queue. Pizza delivery late? Must be email-related.

This lady just called me in the email queue to find out how to turn off the embedded number keypad on her Thinkpad.

That "all other issues" button a couple down from "email" must really faze them.

I sometimes feel like Matthew Broderick watching the WOPR play Global Thermonuclear War against itself at the end of Wargames when dealing with some customers.

Some employee tells me that they are getting “an” error message but when he clicks “continue” it works fine.
I tell him I’ll look into it.
Next thing he emails, not me, or my manager or his director but the bloody CEO saying I haven’t gotten back to him yet and I said I would !!!!!

Why the hell can’t he email ME what a (*&&^%%$%**$@)
I want to swear at him a LOT but I would be sacked.

Stupid really because next time he emails in a job he will go to the bottom of the shit heap ………………why are people such a F%^$@#$ pain in the Ass????
