You'd think someone managing a Level 2 support team would realize that a ticket load three times the norm had something to do with getting THREE TIMES AS MANY TICKETS AS USUAL. (Which I ascribe to a recent re-org which involved all sorts of moves, *and* the roll-out of a new version of Office almost at the same time.)

But, noooooooooooo. "Y'all aren't workin' hard enough." F**king meathead.

Why in the hell did you buy a mac if you don't know how to use the damn thing? You've been using a windows machine for the past 5 years...why switch now?

We were all ignorant once. Go, and become knowledgeable by collecting and remembering information.

We were all stupid once. Go, and become intelligent by seeing patterns in the way the world works.
