Had to share this one after my frustrated rat. Happened a couple of months ago, but still never fails to crack me up

Down here in Australia, many ISP's include uploads and downloads in their "download cap" (and ain't that fun!) It's a practise referred to as "Double Dipping." My workplace does not do this.

A customer with poor english got incredibly excited over the fact that we don't "teabag" our connections.

*hit mute, howl with laughter*

EDIT

It's been pointed out to me that the humour isn't really clear in this one... without spelling it out, I suggest you look up "teabagging"

I haven't had much to post in here lately since I'm my job has lately consisted of hanging around, helping front line tech supporters with the company that took us over and writing scripts for them to follow. Blah There are things I could post but all the screw ups that happen with the new company's helpdesk simply stem from the fact they're supporting, from what the leads have told me, hundreds of different applications. So the screwups are just because they have too damn much to remember. Though there've been a few stupid ones where the techs simply don't read what we wrote in the scripts for them. Ugh

Anyway I thought the link below would be funny for some of you.

Enjoy!

-- EDIT --

Appears that link's already been posted here not once but a few times. hahaha Whoops! Sorry for the repeat
